General description of the area covered by Avenue of the Arts Venues (from City Hall): Broad Street South to Washington; Broad Street North to GlenWood; East to 13th Street; West to 15th.

South Broad:
From Points West
(Delaware, Chester, & Montgomery Counties): Take I-76 (Schykill Expressway) to I-676 and exit at Broad Street(Central Philadelphia). Proceed south on 15th Street beyond City Hall to enter the Avenue of the Arts District.
From Points East
New Jersey: Tale I-676 and exit at Broad Street(Central Philadelphia). Proceed South on 15th Street beyond City Hall to enter the Avenue of the Arts district.
From Points South
From Points South (Delaware): Take I-95 north to Broad Street (exit # 17). Proceed three miles north on Broad Street to Washington Avenue to enter the Avenue of the Arts district.
From Points North
(Montgomery & Bucks Counties): Take either I-76 or I-95 to I-676 and exit at Broad Street (Central Philadelphia.) Proceed south on 15th Steeet beyond City Hall to enter the Avenue of the Arts district.
North Broad:
Get to North Broad Street Venues by heading north from I-676. From Roosevelt Boulevard, head south on Broad Street to enter the Avenue of the Arts District. Ample on-street parking available at venues, and off-street parking is noted on the parking map.
The Avenue of the Arts is well served by SEPTA's regional rail, subway, trolley, and bus service, by PATCO's rail service, and New Jersey Transit buses.
SEPTA

Regional Rail - all lines converge on Suburban Station and Market East Station, both located a short walk to the Avenue.

Subway - the Market Frankford Elevated (Blue) Line links the lower Northeast and West Philadelphia to the Avenue at the 15th Street Station, while the Broad Street (Orange) Line links North Philadelphia and South Philadelphia to the Avenue at the Walnut-Locust ("Avenue of the Arts") Station.

Trolley - the Avenue is also served at the 15th Street Station by SEPTA'S five trolley routes (10,11,13,34, and 36) from West Philadelphia and the city's Central Business District.

Bus - several bus routes running east and west access the Avenue from various locations in Center City and University City; other routes running north and south, including the C, 27, and 32, link North Philadelphia and South Philadelphia to the Avenue.

PATCO
The PATCO Speedline offers 24-hour train service to stations within the Avenue of the Arts district to Locus Street at 12th/13th and 15th/16th Streets. In South Jersey, PATCO has abundant and inexpensive parking at most of its stations.

NEW JERSEY TRANSIT
