AAI holds the responsibility of maintaining the unique streetscape design which has transformed South Broad Street into a beautiful promenade (in progress on North Broad Street). The design features decorative sidewalk paving, vintage street lamps, landscaping and “Double A Scripted-Lights” that identify the Avenue of the Arts.
